To Rip a Dove’s Wings is a novel about Deva, a trans girl forced to face the world alone after her sister Celine died shortly before she transitioned. Now she repeats the same motions every day in her office job, crying herself to sleep while looking at the picture of the sister she loved so dearly. That is, until suddenly, a change of luck hits her life in what could only be described as divine intervention.
